Maine Lake Moxie Camps : Lodging on beautiful Lake Moxie

Lake Moxie Camps is located on beautiful 9 mile Lake Moxie. It is a traditional Maine sporting camp from a time gone by. Lake Moxie Camps offers comfortable lakeside cabins “Camps”,  Lake Moxie House rentals, The Moxie Barn group cabin, platform tents,  and lakeside camp sites.   We are located in the heart of Maine’s great wilderness. Our traditional Maine lodge and screened in porch are open all night. The Camp is just minutes from Moxie Falls, Wyman Lake, Moosehead Lake, Greenville Maine and the Appalachian trail. Staying with us on the Lake Moxie allows you to enjoy the Maine you have been looking for. Wildlife abounds and it is quite common to see loons, eagles and the mighty Maine Moose. Canoe, kayak & SUP rentals on site.

Check-in for river adventures is onsite. This allows you a leisurely morning prior to your raft trip. Breakfast avaiable on request. 

The Lake House

The Lake House is located on the shores of Lake Moxie and offers spectacular views of the lake through its large glass windows. The Lake House can comfortably sleep 15 people. The house has a full bathroom, half kitchen, charcoal grill, a large porch with lake views, and a large campfire pit. This beautiful cabin has a private dock with access to canoes or kayaks free of charge if you book and adventure with us. The Lake House is just a short walk to the Kennebec and Dead River rafting check-in.

• $375. per night up to 6 on weeknights

 The Lake Moxie Barn

Available to rent is a renovated 1930′s logging barn just off the Lake Moxie Camps property. The Moxie Barn is now a beautiful cabin that can sleep up to 14 people.  It has three private bedrooms, two bathrooms, large deck, and campfire area. Perfect for big groups and families. You are just a short walk from the lake and the river trip check-in. 

• 2 night minimum weekends
• $500. per night weekends first 10 sleeps up to 12  $50.00 each additional person.
• Two bath rooms, refrigerator, gas grill, microwave and coffee pot.
• bed room I- 1 twins 1 double /bedroom II- 2 twin bunks 1 double, 1 twin, /  bedroom III – private bath, 1 double 1 twin / pull out coach

“Traditional Maine Cabins Camps”

Comfortable “Camps” from days gone by.  These cabins or camps as they are called in Maine were built in the late 1920′s for travelers and sportsman coming on the trains from Boston and New York. They all have been renovated and offer a comfortable alternative to camping or platform tents.  Each camp has electricity and heat, four double bunks with linens, porch with chairs, a camp fire pit and  picnic table. They can sleep up to eight. 

4/8 person cabin $150.00 first four $25.00 each additional person.

2/4 person cabin $125.00 - $25.00 each additonal person.

 Lake Moxie Platform Tents

Platform tents are a comfortable alternative to traditional camping.  Platform tents have wooden fronts, bunk beds with matresses, electricity and sleep two to eight people.  Each tent has a fire pit and picnic table.  $22.00 per person + tax

Lake Moxie Campsites beautiful lake side camping $15.00 per person per night. 

Campsites are available lakeside or in our upper field.  All campsites include a fire pit, and picnic table.
